About Jollete Ryon-Schoeve

Jollete epitomizes energy, hard work, and passion in every detail of your real estate transaction. She is a South Texas native that moved to the DFW area 35 years ago. She started developing her sales and marketing skills at an early age by working in her mother's jewelry store selling jewelry and marketing her designs. She continued her sales career through college but at the wholesale level as, at the time, one of the youngest interns to earn a management position at a prestigious wholesale showroom at the Dallas World Trade Center.   Ultimately starting her own retail company at the age of 21 (still in operation to date). In 2004 she made a career change and entered into the residential real estate world. This was an easy transition for her as she had personally bought and sold multiple residential properties and had purchased commercial real estate as well. Having experienced both good and bad representation by an agent, she knew exactly how she wanted to create her client's experience.  With 18 years of experience behind now, she has worked hard to create a long list of satisfied clients in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks.  

Jollete has been trained by and mentored by some of the top producing agents in the industry. She thrives on building any relationship that improves her client's experience, such as builders, banks and lending institutions, vendors, title companies, and home warranty companies so she can offer the North Texas area the best service and services possible. She uses her experience and foresight to proactively create a seamless and efficient transaction for clients.
